Our diagnostic fee covers the time and expertise it takes for a licensed technician to inspect your system, identify the problem, and provide a detailed repair estimate. It includes travel, testing, and a full system evaluation — not just a quick look.
Preventive Maintenance Contract
$200
Our preventive maintenance service includes two seasonal checkups to ensure your heating and cooling system is performing at its best. As a loyal preventive maintenance customer with an active agreement, you'll receive:

Note: If this is your first maintenance visit, a basic cleaning service may be required to bring your system back to optimal condition. Once your system is up to standard and you maintain your preventive maintenance agreement, you’ll never have to pay those restoration charges again.
